1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by the Soulmagic practice – represented by [your name, if you like] – to its clients. By making an appointment, clients accept these terms and conditions.

2. Services offered

Soulmagic offers energetic and cosmetic treatments, including:
– Chakra cleansing, lymphatic drainage, energetic detoxification
– Working with healing stones and coded oils
– Singing bowl treatments
– Energetic massages
– Cosmetic facial and body treatments

The services offered are intended to activate and harmonize the body's own energy fields and promote general well-being. They do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or other healing treatment.

2a. Remote treatments and intuitive consultations

In addition to its practical work, Soulmagic also offers distance energetic treatments and intuitive consultations via telephone or digital media. These services pursue the same goal as the in-person treatments: activating self-healing powers, energetic harmonization, and supporting inner balance.

Remote treatments are conducted by prior arrangement and appointment. Again, no medical diagnoses are made or promises of healing are made. The effect of such treatments varies from individual to individual and is offered as a complementary measure to promote well-being.

The responsibility for implementing impulses from intuitive consultations lies with the clients themselves.

3. No promise of healing

It is expressly stated that no diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are made. Energetic and cosmetic treatments do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care. The responsibility for one's own health remains with the client.

4. Appointment and payment

Appointments can be made by phone or online. Payment is due in cash immediately after treatment. Appointments are requested to be kept on time.

5. Cancellation and cancellation of appointments

Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations after this time or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price unless there is a valid reason.

6. Disclaimer

Soulmagic is not liable for any physical or psychological reactions to the treatments offered. Participation in all treatments is at your own risk.

7. Data protection

Personal data will be used exclusively for appointment management and internal documentation and will not be shared with third parties. The current privacy policy applies.

8. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Austrian law shall apply.
